Modeled after a bumble bee these ear weights were designed, rendered and 3d printed before being cast into silicon bronze, all in house.

The Bees body is approximately 3cm x 3.5cm x 1.5 cm. Available in a size 6 gauge, they weigh 45 grams (each). Size is determined from the middle of the hook not the beginning of the hook which is slightly tapered.

The bee has been given a beautiful black patina while the hook is left the natural bronze colour and high polished.

Sold as pair.

Due to its design this weight is not suitable for sizes under 6 gauge, it does not have a recommended maximum lobe size.

Silicon bronze is a beautiful gold looking metal. Silicon bronze is nickel and lead free but does contain copper. Bronze will naturally patina over time with body contact and moisture.

Our jewellery is not made for those with fresh piercings or freshly stretched ears. Please ask for a metal spec sheet if you have metal allergies.
