Requirements: You don't need to have a jewellery studio already to schedule a call. All calls are done over Zoom, you should have an account setup before purchase. Scheduling is at the discretion of Clear Mind. Purchaser should be able to suggest 2 dates with a 1 hr time slot, within 30 days of purchase date. Clear Mind team will then pick from those 2 dates. Questions are to be sent to Clear Mind once call is booked.

45 minute limit.

Calls where the purchaser cancels less then 24hrs before, or does not confirm a date within 30 days of purchase shall be forfeited and not eligible for a refund.
